Job Brief:

The Product Development Manager will lead the development and improvement of the IMC Wellness-related products and services, driving innovation and aligning product offerings with market trends. This role requires strong business acumen, financial literacy, and project management skills to ensure cost-effective operations, adherence to feasibility projections, and alignment with the hospital's vision. The manager will coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality product/service solutions that advance wellness and business objectives while prioritizing customer satisfaction.

Educational/Professional Qualifications:

- Educational: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus

Professional Experience:

- 5+ years of experience in product development or project management roles (preferably in startups). Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and delivering successful projects within budget constraints.

- Certification: Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
