#The role will be based in Kuwait and will cover multiple brands and territories in which the Food & Beverages division may operate, either currently or in the future. The role will focus on managing key projects to deliver operations excellence, including support for new stores openings and new market entry.
Responsibilities
• Develop project scopes and objectives
• Defining and setting targets (time, completion % etc.) for the project
• Responsible for monitoring the completion of key tasks by stakeholders
• Ensuring appropriate resources are assigned to the project
• Oversee quality control throughout the projects life cycle
• Assists in defining key dependencies, risks and contingencies
• Creates a tracking document for all projects across all markets
• Reports regularly on project progress and suggest improvements / enhancement to the operations team when needed
• Managing the transportation requirements and mandates for the stores
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields
• Must be a critical thinker and a good listener
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Must be good at monitoring and decision making
• Must be able to build robust relationships with all stakeholders both internal and external
• Must be able to react to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledgeable computer skills, such as Primavera, MS Project, Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook
• Work cross-functionally
